At Webconnex, I worked closely with the CEO to lead the end-to-end design process for new feature development, from initial concept and prototyping to full implementation and delivery. A key project involved redesigning a suite of four SaaS products built on the same tech platform, each with its own unique set of requirements. I spearheaded the creation of a unified design system, collaborating closely with developers, which has since become the foundation for all four products. Additionally, I had the opportunity to rebrand the entire product family, redesigning logos and revamping marketing websites to ensure a cohesive and modern visual identity.
