As a lead designer at FM, I spearheaded the design of key features and UX/UI enhancements for Musicbed, including the account landing experience, free trial implementation, customer retention strategies, advanced search functionality, and licensing user flows. I also led the creation of a comprehensive design system and UI kit to standardize the platform’s UI, streamlining processes and supporting our team of four designers.
